What’s your refund/return policy?

We have an easy, no-questions-asked refund policy. You won’t even have to ship it back! Email hello@drinkpatch.com and we will help you out.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order after it has been placed, send an email to hello@drinkpatch.com.

How many servings can I take a day?

Patch was formulated with the average effective dose of each key ingredient in mind. For most, 1-2 sachets a day is optimal for experiencing the therapeutic effects.

How many servings are in each box of Patch?

Each pouch includes 18 sachets of Patch.

What ingredients are in Patch?

Patch will NEVER contain sugar, artificial ingredients, gluten, fillers, or other crap ingredients.

Where does Patch ship?

We currently ship anywhere in the domestic US. 

How can I edit my shipping address?

You can edit your shipping address by logging into your account and changing your account details.  If you need to change your address after you’ve already placed your order, email hello@drinkpatch.com and we’ll get you sorted out!

How do I track my Patch order?

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers are usually updated 24-48 hours after being generated.

How much does shipping cost?

Domestic shipping is free!

How do Patch subscriptions work?

You may pause, cancel, or change the frequency of your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Subscriptions will renew every month by default.

Do I have to sign up for a subscription?

No, you can select “One Time Purchase” when adding a product to your cart.

Can I modify the frequency of my subscription?

Yes, you can modify the frequency with which your subscription renews by logging into your account and clicking “EDIT” next to the line “Ships every 1 Month.” 

Do you offer any discounts?

We don’t officially offer any discounts, but our subscription option is the best way to save some extra bucks. You can fully customize your subscription and cancel whenever!
